Merge branch 'ma/asciidoctor'

Some of the documentation pages formatted incorrectly with
Asciidoctor, which have been fixed.

* ma/asciidoctor:
  git-status.txt: render tables correctly under Asciidoctor
  Documentation: do not nest open blocks
  git-column.txt: fix section header
