Merge branch 'jk/maint-add-ignored-dir'

* jk/maint-add-ignored-dir:
  tests for "git add ignored-dir/file" without -f
  dir: fix COLLECT_IGNORED on excluded prefixes
  t0050: mark non-working test as such
