Merge branch 'js/fmt-patch' into next
* js/fmt-patch: Teach fmt-patch about --keep-subject Teach fmt-patch about --numbered fmt-patch: implement -o <dir> fmt-patch: output file names to stdout Teach fmt-patch to write individual files.
