Fix various things that sparse complains about:
- use NULL instead of 0
- make sure we declare everything properly, or mark it static
- use proper function declarations ("fn(void)" instead of "fn()")
Sparse is always right.
Fixes all in-code names that leaved during "big name change".

- Raw hashes should be unsigned char.
- String functions want signed char.
- Hash and compress functions want unsigned char.

rpush.c to call git-rpull rather than rpull which no longer exists after
the Big Rename(TM)...

This patch adds three similar and related programs. http-pull downloads
objects from an HTTP server; rpull downloads objects by using ssh and
rpush on the other side; and rpush uploads objects by using ssh and rpull
on the other side.
The algorithm should be sufficient to make the network throughput required
depend only on how much content is new, not at all on how much content the
repository contains.
The combination should enable people to have remote repositories by way of
ssh login for authenticated users and HTTP for anonymous access.
