DESCRIPTION

After running 'git fetch', $GIT_DIR/FETCH_HEAD contains the
following information, one line per remote ref:

<object name> <ref name> from <repository>
------------------------------------------------
Using this information, create and commit an Octopus merge on
top of the current HEAD.
