Junio C Hamano 9526aa461f Merge branch 'jk/a-thread-only-dies-once'

itself recursively.

* jk/a-thread-only-dies-once:
  run-command: use thread-aware die_is_recursing routine
  usage: allow pluggable die-recursion checks
