Fixes #310
Some files had no newlines, some had 1 newline and some more than 1 newline.
Normalize them all to have only 1 newline at the end of all files.

Opens files, directories and applications

  • Open a file with the associated application

open filename.ext

  • Run a graphical MacOSX application

open /Applications/iTunes.app

  • Open the current directory in Finder

open .

  • Reveal a file in finder

open -R /path/dir/file

  • Open all the word docs in the current directory with Microsoft Word

open *.doc
