• Making a GIF animation with gifsicle

gifsicle --delay={{10}} --loop *.gif > {{anim.gif}}

• Extracting frames from an animation

gifsicle {{anim.gif}} '#0' > {{firstframe.gif}}

• You can also edit animations by replacing, deleting, or inserting frames
